Kathmandu Valley reports 106 new coronavirus cases

KATHMANDU: In the last 24 hours Kathmandu Valley reports 106 news coronavirus cases.

In the regular media briefing of the Ministry of Health and Population, the spokesperson of the Ministry Dr. Jageshwar Gautam informed that 106 more people were infected with corona in the tests conducted in different laboratories.

A total of 106 people have been infected in the Kathmandu Valley, including 88 from Kathmandu, 10 from Lalitpur and eight from Bhaktapur. On Friday alone, corona infection was confirmed in 464 more people in Nepal.

In the regular media briefing of the Ministry of Health and Population, the spokesperson of the Ministry Prof. Dr. Jageshwar Gautam informed that while testing the PCR of 7,926 people, corona infection was found positive in 464 people across the country.

Along with this, the number of corona infected in Nepal has reached 22 thousand 214. Spokesperson Gautam said that 6,330 people are actively infected today.

Meanwhile, 425more corona infected people have returned home today. With this, the number of people returning home free from infection has reached 15,814.

Today, 10 thousand 207 people are in quarantine across the country.
